That is genuinely all I need to give you a useful range. If you are missing something, send what you have and I will work with it.
The reference number
Usually engraved between the lugs, or printed on the warranty card. If you cannot find it, a clear photo of the dial and caseback gets me most of the way.
A few honest photos
Dial, caseback, clasp, and any marks you would want to know about if you were buying it. Scratches do not scare me. Surprises during authentication do.
Box, papers, and history
Whether you have the original box and warranty card, any service records, and roughly when you bought it. Missing them is common and not a problem.

What Happens Next
From your first text to your wire.
An estimate, clearly labeled
I give you a range, not a single teaser number, and I tell you what would move it up or down. It stays an estimate until the watch is in my hands.
Insured overnight, my cost
If the range works, you sign a short purchase agreement and I send a prepaid overnight label with direct signature required, insured door to door.
Authentication and payment
I authenticate it in house the day it arrives and confirm the final number. Once you accept, your wire goes out the same day. If you decline, it ships back insured at my cost.
No Obligation
Curious costs you nothing.
Plenty of people text me to find out what they are sitting on and then keep the watch. That is a completely fine outcome.
