Is your first number the number I actually get?
It is an estimate, and I say so every time. I give you a range based on the reference, condition, and what the market is doing. Once the watch is in my hands and authenticated, I confirm the final number. If it moves, I tell you why.
What if I do not like the final offer?
I ship it back to you, insured, at my cost. There is no obligation and no fee.
How is my watch protected in transit?
Overnight shipping with direct signature required, insured door to door. You do not pay for shipping in either direction.
Do I need box and papers?
No. They help on most references and I will tell you how much they are worth in your specific case. Plenty of watches I buy come without them.
How do I get paid?
Wire transfer, sent the same day we agree on the final number. I confirm your banking details with you directly on a second channel before anything moves.
